Our Programs
Recreational Program
Starting at age 1, your child will learn gymnastics skills, poise, body awareness, and have the oportunity to participate in our own Mini Olympics.
Teams
Girls' Team
From level 2 to 10, girls are given the opportunity to compete on a local level, developing their skills to the national level.
Boys' Team
Third Place in the Nation, our Boys' Team program builds the team spirit first to support the athlete's skills. Boys start to compete at level 4, continuing through national level 10.
Trampoline and Tumbling
Both boys and girls compete in this division with trampoline routines, double mini tramp and tumbling passes.
All Teams are Invite-Only, start in our rec program and dream big.

Heart of a Champion
February 25-27, 2022
This is our premier event and our largest fundraiser each year for our competitive teams as well as Camp del Corazon, a camp for children with heart disease. Girls levels 2-10 and Xcel from all over the nation join us for the high level of competition. Extra awards are given for athletes who exhibit great sportsmanship: an encouraging event for all.
Mini Olympics
Our in-house meet for the Recreational Program, this special opportunity allows our rec kids to get a taste of competition with everyone getting an award, to show their skills off, and to be part of a team. Happens annually at the beginning of the summer.
